How do I start from scratch?

I paid $99.00 for this blog and I messed it up – will someone help me please? I sent a note yesterday but did not get a response. I tried to import from Blogger – didn’t like what happened so I tried to delete all the content but am unable to – it still shows that I have comments and I am unable to re-import.

Don’t worry – I’m sure we’ll be able to sort this out.
To be able to import again, you’ll need to empty the posts Trash at Posts->All posts in your dashboard. Click on the “Trash” link and then on the “Empty Trash” button.
Then you can try to Reset the importer in the import from blogger screen before trying again.
If importing from directly from Blogger doesn’t work as expected, you might have better results by trying the Blogger export file instead.

Thank you yoavf!! I’m loving WordPress already! I did as you said and all my posts were imported properly. I can usually find my way around but I think I panicked . . .
Now, I’m just wondering why it won’t import all my comments from Blogger – I have over 4,000 and only about 2,000 came in. Are there just too many comments?

I’m sorry about this. I’ve went ahead and reset your importer.
Let’s try to import your blog again at Tools -> Import -> Blogger.
As Yoav mentioned, you can also try importing the export file from Blogger as well.
The importer is smart enough to avoid importing duplicates, so it’ll try to fetch the remaining 1500 or so comments from your Blogger site.
