  how do i start my Blogging service without advertising others.

  Hi there. Do you mean how to get traffic to your site?

  First, start publishing new original posts so Google can start indexing your site, and also make sure you tag your posts appropriately so they also appear in topic listings in the Reader.

  Second, visit other blogs and leave meaningful comments. Once you start commenting on other blogs, most people will also visit your blog to see if they want to follow it.
