On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the step by step Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/
The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.
By default the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post not a page the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

I just noticed that your username is linked to an email address rather than to your blog. http://coffeebreak.wordpress.com/
Here’s how to link your username to the blog. Here’s how to link your username to another blog registered under the same username account Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Primary Blog. Where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.

its ok x ok as i belive thats my blog address, then when i try name it it wont let me it keeps going to a wordpress upgrade and says i cant have that, 3 hours i have been trying to sort this, how can i deleat the whole lot and start again
