How do I stop annual subscription when I can't get into my account

  Hi

  I can’t get into my account and have just realised I have been paying a yearly subscription since 2018 for a site I don’t use because I didn’t realise it autorenews. The email must be going to the email address linked to the site which I now don’t know.

  I have set up a new account to try to speak to someone but there doesn’t seem to be an option to do this.

  Any ideas?

  Hi! Can you look at a recent transaction and look for an ID? Do not share it here, but here’s how to find it:
