How do I stop comments going to a specific recipient?

  I got this comment “Submitted on 2012/01/11 at 4:09 pm
  When I initially commented I clicked the -Notify me when new feedback are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the identical comment. Is there any approach you’ll be able to remove me from that service? Thanks!
  What do I do to fix the problem?
