How do I stop commercial phone texts said to be linked to blog?

I have been receiving unwanted texts to my phone from Groupon daily. When I press cancel it disappears and when pressing OK it takes me to Groupon’s website. I have contacted Groupon and they say it comes from a third party link on the blog (phone number appeared on a post) which they cannot trace. I am, of course, continuing to follow up with them to sort it out but in the meantime has anyone got any suggestions. The phone provider cannot block it as there is no trace of a number.

We have absolutely no connection with Groupon whatsoever, and we do not send text messages.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do in this case.

I am assuming you have deleted the phone number on the blog? And that you have googled that number to see the owner?
