How do I stop following comments on a blog post

  I mistakenly ticked the box to be notified of follow up comments on on the Weekly Photo Challenge which is part of the Daily Post http://dailypost.wordpress.com/2012/01/13/weekly-photo-challenge-peaceful/

  My mailbox is being swamped as users post the link to their challenge entry. Is there any way to stop following comments. WordPress Support tells you how to follow but not how to reverse that option.

  At the bottom of each of those emails is a link to unsubscribe.
