How do I stop getting emails every time someone likes, or comments on my blog?

I find out this when I log in anyway, so I don’t need more emails in my inbox to just delete.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Go to your dashboard, look on the left side of the page and scroll down til you see ‘Settings’. Click on that and you’ll see ‘Discussion’. Click on discussion. On that page you’ll see options for email notifications including comments and Likes.

Don’t forget to scroll down to the bottom of the page after you’ve checked the boxes you want, to click on the ‘Save Changes’ button.

Click the Manage Delivery Settings link in your reader to change your default email delivery methods for all the blogs you follow. -

I find wordpress has so many options that I get lost trying to find what I want, and sometimes it’s under something I don’t even realise! I’m a wordpress dunce!
