How do I stop getting instant replies from a blog post?

  Hello
  I comment on some other’s blogs and clicked to get notified of replies to the comments. These are flooding my e-mail and I would like to stop them. Just haven’t been very successful in figuring out how to do so.

  The notification messages themselves should include a link to unsubscribe from the comments, but you can do that from your Subscriptions management page, too

  That doesn’t seem to be working. The message I recieved has no link to unsubscribe. When I go to Manage Subscriptions, I can’t find any place to stop the replies either. In fact one of the blogs I am not even subscribed to, but I am getting over 32 messages in the past couple minutes to a post. All I did was click “get replies to comments” and I can’t find anywhere to unclick that.
