How do I stop my email address from showing up on a contact form?

    When I generate a contact form for the site, my email address shows up in the box that the person wanting to contact me should put their address in, and the name of the website shows up where their name should go.

    re: auto-filled information in comment boxes and contact forms WordPress.com uses cookies to keep track of commenters so if someone makes a comment on your blog, the next time they come to your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.

    The Admin [edit] link is only for your convenience and only blog Admins and Editors can see it and use it, while they are logged into WordPress.com. Log out clear your browser cache and cookies and visit your blog without logging in to confirm that.
