How do I stop my menu bar from wrapping to two lines?

    Hello! I am trying in vain to keep my menu bar at the top of the site from wrapping to two lines. I want my menu pages to remain all on one line. It appears there is room between the pages, but I can’t make it work. I’ve searched this forum and found a suggestion to add the following to the css code:

    #branding .only-search + #access div {
    padding-right: 0;
    }

    Still can’t make it work! Please help! My site is riverroyalsblog.wordpress.com. Thank you!

    This is happening because the menu items have too much padding.
    You’ve added this: 

    #access ul li {
    color: #232323;
    font-size: 92%;
    padding: 0 37px;
}

    Decrease the 37.
