How do I stop my own views counting on Stats

For as long as I can remember, my own blog views did not count on ‘stats’ but suddenly, they’ve started counting again? If anyone can tell me how to turn my own views off, that would be great. Thanks.

There is no such switch. Your own visits are recorded on Private blogs only. That’s not happening on a Public blog unless you are visiting your blog without logging into it. http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/

I just need a little clarification – my ‘visits’ are not counted, which I assume means that I am not one of my site’s visitors. But what about views? I want to make sure that I am also not included in the views count.
