How do I stop re-bloging without my consent

I have a member of wordpress nicknamed “incaunipocrit” who keeps re-blogging my posts one after another without as much as adding some comments or anything else. How do I control who can re-press my content before it is a done deal please, or how do I stop specific individuals form reposting my content?
