How do I stop the randomize header image feature in chateau theme?

Hello,
I am new to wordpress and I chose Chateau theme for starting my blog. While customizing it I was trying the option “randomize header image” and now I cannot go back to the default image. I selected the default image multiple times and hit “save” button, so that it shows the static image, but it does not.
Each time I go into the customize header section, it always shows “randomizing header image” it keeps going back to randomizing the header.
Can someone please suggest, how do I stop or cancel the randomizing image feature?

Go to > Dashboard > Appearance > Header and disable the button that says: You can choose one of your previously uploaded headers, or show a random one.
__Random: Show a different image on each page.
Then click “save changes”. -
Note that hashtags are for Twitter and please remove those tags from the sidebar of this thread.

Thank you for your response and the note about hashtags (removed them).
When I go to Dashboard, there is an option for Appearance, however, I do not see Header under Appearance. Where I have been trying to make change is: Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header.. Under the header there are two sections – current header (which is showing three buttons, randomizing suggested headers, hide image and add new image) and Suggested (which is displaying the default image and Randomize suggested headers button) I have selected the image under suggested section and clicked Save button, it saves it for that moment. But then each time I go back to my blog, there is still no image and when I ho back to customize menu, it shows randomizing suggested headers again. So it reverts back to randomizing even though I have selected and saved the default image multiple times.
What am I doing wrong? Please suggest.

First be sure you are actually running a browser and version of it found at http://browsehappy.com
Then do not enter the theme customizer at all. Go here http://nirbhaygandhi.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header

A quick question.. just curious, your link works, but Custom Header is not an option at all under Appearance. Why is that so?

Get rid of the word “custom”.
Under Appearance these are the sub-page titles.
Themes
Customize
Widgets
Menus
Header
Background
Custom Design
Mobile -

Some theme have “theme Options” and some do not have theme. The link you refer to exist only when you select a theme that has Theme Options.
