How do I stop this "sidebar" from appearing when I publish a post?

How do I stop this sidebar from appearing every time I post? As soon as I hit Publish, this SLOOOOWWWWWWW thing appears on the left, taking up about a quarter of my screen. It has decided I need to be told how many posts are my “goal”, for example. It’s massively annoying, if only b/c it keeps me from seeing my post for so long. OK, also b/c I certainly don’t need any electronic device choosing goals for me. Anyway, it refers to itself as a “sidebar” in that it says “close sidebar” near its “x”. So I can close it, but not until it’s satisfied that enough of it has loaded. How do I say “never EVER load this onto my site again”?
