How do I stop top menu link from disappearing when I add nested menus.

Is the Current website that I am working on. I want to make the locations tab take you to /locations page while also having a nested menu available. Is there a way to resolve this without a plug-in? If a plug-in is necessary, then which one is recommended? Thank you.
