    What do you mean by “unwanted posts”? You cannot stop someone from posting on their own blog and they’ll only be able to post on your blog if you invited them as a user.

    If you mean prevent them from commenting on your blog, you can block comments from any person by adding their username, blog URL or email address (NOT the IP address, please – IPs change so you could end up blocking other people instead) to the comment blacklist under Settings ->Discussion in your dashboard. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#comment-blacklist

    The only way to prevent them from reading your blog is to set your blog to private. You cannot block an individual from reading, following, sharing, reblogging or liking a public blog.
