how do I subscribe to another blog?

  I’m a total newbie…. how do I subscribe to another blog and likewise can they subscribe to mine??

  I am thinking that this would be your best resource. People can already “subscribe” to your blog and comment feeds with an RSS reader like Google Reader or Bloglines. You can also offer email subscriptions by using Feedburner with your RSS feed, but all the links and information are in my URL above.

  As a side note, this forum is only for blogs hosted on wordpress.com, not other hosts and all other inquires should be in the other forums at http://wordpress.org/support/
