How do I swap my two WordPress.com URLs?

I have 2 WordPress.com blogs:
onceuponamedic.wordpress.com
masumahjannah.wordpress.comI want the content and subscribers on both of these blogs to remain as they are, but to just switch the URLs over? Would that be possible?

The only way to do this is by using a third site.
1) Create a new free WordPress.com site.
2) Export all content from onceuponamedic.wordpress.com and import it to the new site.
3) Once the import is finished, post here so that I can transfer your followers and stats over to the new site as well, and then I can empty onceuponamedic.wordpress.com
4) Export your content from masumahjannah.wordpress.com and import it to onceuponamedic.wordpress.com
5) Once that is done, let me know so I can move your followers and stats over to masumahjannah.wordpress.com, and empty that site.
6) Export your content from the new site and import it to masumahjannah.wordpress.com
7) I’ll need to transfer your followers and stats one more time to masumahjannah.wordpress.com
Also note that there’s no way to move Likes between sites, so any likes your posts have received to date will be lost when you go through this process.

I few years ago I emailed WordPress support and they swapped the URLs for me, but the support email no longer seems to be working. Is there no way someone can just do that for me?

In fact, would it be possible for the URL of onceuponamedic.wordpress.com to be changed to masumahjannah.wordpress.com
Once that is done I’d be happy for the onceuponamedic.wordpress.com to be deleted.

There is no way to simply swap the free addresses. If someone helped you with this, they did it by following the process I outlined above. And they were likely making an exception for you, as this is not something that we generally help with in support.
It’s not possible to change the address of a site to another address that already exists. It’s possible to change a site’s address, but you can only change to an address that has never been used on WordPress.com before.
If you no longer want the content on masumahjannah.wordpress.com, I can empty that site for you, and then you can import your content from onceuponamedic.wordpress.com across. Or you can import it without emptying masumahjannah.wordpress.com in which case the content for the two sites will just be merged.
Once you’ve done that I can then move over your followers and stats as well. But the only way to get the content that’s currently at onceuponamedic.wordpress.com to be on masumahjannah.wordpress.com instead, is to manually export it from the one and import it to the other.

Okay, I’m trying this now.
But will my theme transfer over as well. I’m currently using Adelle and I would like to keep that one -
Themes, setting and customizations can’t be transferred, no, so you’ll need to manually set that up again on the new site. I also see Adelle is retired, so you’ll only be able to activate it on the other site if that site used the theme before. If you hadn’t used Adelle on that theme before, you won’t be able to activate it.
