How do I switch my followers from one site to another?

  I have a blog and a personal portfolio on separate WordPress sites, but I have recently moved the blog content over to my personal site. How can I redirect my followers there as well?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  We have a method for transferring followers which allows you to transfer them to your new site:

  If you find yourself having problems, please let me know. I can take care of it for you, however I will need for the various WordPress sites to be in one account and you will need to let me know the original sites as well as the destination site (starting with http://).

  Yes, I need help migrating my followers from one WordPress site to another. Specifically, I want my followers moved from http://floresmo.wordpress.com moved to http://mflores8.wordpress.com. Both are on the same account.
