How do I switch the directions of the link arrows to my Previous and Next posts?

How do I switch the directions of the link arrows to my Previous and Next posts? The Previous link points to the right and the Next link points to the left. They should be turned around.
I am using the Chalk theme.

    Hi there,

The post navigation (links to previous and next posts) is part of the Chalk theme design and cannot be changed in your blog settings. You can, however, hide the post navigation if you want by going to Appearance > Theme Options in your dashboard. Under Display Options you can check the box next to “Hide post navigation” and then click Save Changes.

There may also be a way to change the appearance of these links using custom CSS, although this would require the Custom Design upgrade and some knowledge of CSS to make those changes.

If you have any questions about this, please let me know! :)

Thank you for your help with this question. I hoped there was a simple work-around for these links. Now I am curious about CSS, what it is and the things it will allow you to do. Take care.

    I really appreciate your help.
I have some other questions regarding the Chalk template and it is nice knowing that help is available.
I decided to hide the post navigation, because it looks kind of ridiculous when the links point the wrong direction. Do you know if this is something the Chalk people could fix?

Because this is the default navigation in the Chalk theme, I believe it was intentionally set up this way. However, you are welcome to get in touch directly with the theme creator for additional help or information about the navigation (or other questions) in the Chalk support forum!

If you have other questions about Chalk, you may also want to check out the Chalk theme support page. I hope this helps. :)

    How about this question?
When people go to archived blogs from a previous month, the posts begin with the most recent blogs and then work down to the oldest posts during that month. If I am doing a four part series, they end up reading the posts out of order. The set-up is awkward.
Is there a way to arrange archived posts in chronological order, say from May 1 – May 30, rather than from May 30 – May 1?

    Hi Jim,

By default, WordPress.com blogs display posts in reverse chronological order with the latest post at the top. There isn’t a way to display posts in chronological order on the archive pages, but you can create a static page with your blog posts displayed in a custom order.

To do this, you can create a new page (under Pages > Add New in your dashboard) and add the Display Posts Shortcode to that page. You can use the shortcode arguments to customize what is displayed in the list of posts.

You can also use the Display Posts Shortcode in a text widget in your sidebar if you only want to post a list of links to the posts in your four part series.

    I hope this helps!
