How do I switch to another host (webhostingbuzz?)

    you host my site currently and I want to switch hosts, but when I go to change the nameservers, they cannot be edited. I also went back to ftp a backup, but you don’t allow ftp access. You also don’t offer phone support, so I’m pretty lost.

    I think that you’re 3rd party-ing your hosting through someone named wildwesthosting, but from previous forums, I’ve seen that they won’t help wordpress users, directing them back to you guys…

    anyway, your help would be greatly appreciated. I don’t want to switch the registration, just the hosting.

    Hi there,

    WordPress.com handles our own hosting, but Wild West Domains is our domain registrar.

    You can do an export of your site’s content by going to your Dashboard under Tools > Export.

    To update nameservers, you would need to log into your Domain Administration section and update the domain through the administration panel. See the instructions at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

    If that’s not working for you, could you let me know which domain you’re trying to modify and where in the process you’re running into problems so I can look into it further for you?
