How do I sync my blog to a Menu page?

    Hi there – I created a tab earlier to link the active blog (has a couple of posts showing up on the main page after clicking around) to my main webpage under a menu tab but have since done something to remove the direct connection so now my blog posts do not show up under the proper menu tab. What do I need to do to get the blog synced to the menu tab again so that all new blog posts will show up?
    I’ve seen the Admin -> Settings -> Reading thing but I cannot even find the ‘reading’ section to try that.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    This focuses on setting a static page as the home page, but it also covers setting the blog page: you will want to decide which kind of front page you want, your blog posts or a static page.
