How do I tab?

  I need to enter information for which I would normally use the tab key – how can I do this in WordPress? At the moment I am using trial and error to line things up, but it doesn’t give the precise alignment I want. See the names and dates at the bottom of http://northglospitmans.wordpress.com/zachariah-1695/ to see what I mean.

  Hope someone can help me to achieve the lined-up look I’m after.
