How do I tag words in my Pages?

  I am using the Hatch Theme as a website and not as a blog. So, I am building Pages but have no plans to Post. I cannot find instructions on how to identify key words in the Pages or Menu instructions.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
