How do I take off a Map that is showing up without my approval!?

  On my phone, a map for a Restaurant is showing up on my main page! I have no idea how this started or why. Also, when I tested our search button on our main web page on my home computer, it also showed up there. Can you take this off ASAP!!!!!????
