How do I take over somebody else bloggname that they have never used?

  Hi

  I would like to take over a bloggname e.g takingover.wordpress.com
  This bloggname have never been used, and I would like to use it.

  Hi Steve,
  If someone else has registered that domain name you can contact them to see if they’d be willing to let you have it, but there is no way for WordPress to take their blog name away from them if they choose to keep it.
