  WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support. If you have a paid Plan you are entitled to live chat and email support, otherwise you can get help in this public forum from real People.

  I do have a paid plan, but for whatever reason, my login isn’t working. I get emails regarding an expiring cc card, and then go to my account and can’t find any information.

  Hi there,

  I get emails regarding an expiring cc card, and then go to my account and can’t find any information.

  Can you log out, then log in using the address those emails are being sent to? My guess is you’ve got more than one account, since I don’t see upgrades on this one.
