How do I talk to a human being?

My problem with the visual editor has not been resolved through any troubleshooting or browser adjustments. I need to talk to someone who can figure out what is wrong. Only 1 page of the 3 pages on my site is having issues.

Hello again, What browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser or the same browser in private/incognito mode?

I’m using Google Chrome Version 99.0.4844.51. I tried an incognito window and got the same issue. I tried using Microsoft Edge and had the same issue. I’m using Windows 10 pro Version 20H2.

Disregard this issue. In the time since the last update this morning, I was able to create a new website on Wix.

Hmm I see to be able to load the Work page in the editor without issue (MacOS 11.6 – Chrome 97.0.4692.99) which naturally makes it hard for us to investigate what is broken if we ca’t see it ourselves. With this in mind I will need your help in troubleshooting what you see as we proceed, thanks.
To clarify, you do not have this issue if you try to edit your other pages, and this is the only page with the issue, yes? I noticed that the “Work” page has several image slideshows nested within several columns blocks and I suspect something about the layout of this page is causing issues.

Can you tell us more about what you are seeing? Are you getting an error message, blank screen, or some other kind of odd behavior? What if you open the page in the editor and wait, does it load eventually if you give it a few minutes, or does waiting make no difference.
Also, as a test I created this sample page on your site that is slideshow galleries only, and nothing else. Are you able to load this page in the editor?

Thanks but I’m moving on from trying to fix this issue, especially if there is no way for you to see it on your end. In less than the amount of time it took for someone to get back to me this morning, I was able to build a new portfolio on Wix.

Sorry to hear it. Your free site will still exist here for now. I’d recommend marking it private at https://wordpress.com/settings
That way it won’t conflict with the other site, but you’ll still have the address available in case you change your mind later. If you delete it, you’ll have 30 days to restore the address before it becomes permanently unavailable.
