  Thinking about using different platform to host website and have questions, i can’t get a hold of anyone from wordpress to save my life. NOT GOOD WORDPRESS!

  Which platform is that? You have just created an account here at WordPress.com. Is this the platform you are considering using? Where is your site currently hosted and is it using the WordPress.org software? More information will help a member of staff point you in the right direction.
