How do I talk to customer support

    I just paid for an annual plan for the sole purpose of speaking to someone in customer service, but it still says my only option is to ask the community forums.

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    What plan did you purchase? I only see a registration upgrade under your account, but no annual plan. I want to make sure that the plan isn’t under another WordPress.com account.
