  i want to switch my dot com from wix to wordpress but want to talk to someone on the phone to answer questions and concerns.

  Given the nature of the support, WordPress.com does not offer phone support.

  WordPress.com offers live chat and email support (for upgraded WordPress.com users), and WordPress.com forums for all users.
