How do I talk to someone who can help on wordpress?

  I’m pretty frustrated. I’ve been trying to figure out how to get some help from a wordpress person and haven’t figured it out. How do I get ahold of someone? I don’t really care to ask in the forum…I want help from someone who is actually at wordpress

  There no phone support. Please clearly state exactly what you need help with here, and provide the URL of the site you refer to, so we can get started.

  Do not contact Staff because I just answered your other thread where you are not referring to a blog hosted by WordPress.COM and Staff provide support only for sites that are hosted by wordpress.COM. Go to https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/my-site-just-changed-and-i-want-it-back-the-way-it-was?replies=2 and then post to WordPress.ORG support forums.
