I suppose you could buy the $300 a year ecommerce bundle and then you get live webchat, or you could just elaborate on the problem here and the volunteers will help you for free.
There is no free phone support at Wp.com.

Need to talk with a live person. Using WordPress. Previously with godaddy, now will arvixe. WordPress web site template did not move and skeleton site says it is a blog.
