I assume you have more than one WordPress.com account (and email address) then if this account you are currently logged into doesn’t gain you access. What is the full URL of the site you wish to reach?

We really don’t like your kind of language. – https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/best-practices-community-standards/

I am finding the same with the Ai bot. It says I need a paid plan to talk to a Happiness Engineer, I tell it I have a paid plan, it says ‘you’re right’ and asks to stay in the chat. I’ve been waiting for over an hour, then I bump the chat to see if it’s still active and the bot says it’s offline.
can anyone help please?

I was able to connect with support.
The initial fix was to remove my admin account from the wordpress.com site and re-send/accept the invitation
Everything worked correctly after that and support was able to solve my issue. :)

Hi there @ccoman,
I know how upsetting it must be to lose access to your WordPress.com account — let’s get things back to normal
The site you mentioned is on a free plan, which limits direct support options. You can see the details here:
Help and support optionsCan you confirm the domain or site you’re trying to access? Are you getting any error messages when you try to log in?
If you know the email or username tied to the account, you can try resetting the password here:
Reset your password
For more information, you can refer to our Account Recovery Guide here.I look forward to your reply so I can help you further.
