How do I tell my friend what to do when your resend to confirm doesn't work?

    Please help me. I am recommending WordPress to a guy that is trying to do the e-mail verification. He has earthlink.net … WordPress came thru the spamblocker he has and I finally got into the site. I made myself a user while I was at his house so I could admin. The click here and link aren’t working as links. Is it earthlink? I tried gmail for him and that didn’t work either. Is it his machine (mac)? OR, how do I debug his not yet being able to comply with your resend if confirmation hasn’t produced a result? Thanks!!!!

    If he is not receiving the confirmation email, he can change the address in his Dashboard to a different email for the purposes of confirming the account, and then resend the confirmation email. After that, he can change the email back to his primary address later.
