How do I terminate my websites.

    I want to terminate my websites. How do I do this? I have been searching for almost 1 hour and cannot find the way. Can you please help!

    How many sites (blogs) are your referring to?
    What are the URLs of those sites(blogs)?
    I located http://federicabartomeoli.com/ and http://credit-management-solutions.com/
    Are there others?
    Do all sites (blogs) have domain mapping upgrades?
    What do you want done with the domains?

    You will need to have Staff remove the domain mapping first. Then you will be able to delete the sites.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    click the “disable auto-renew” link.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Howdy,

    Like timethief has said – can you confirm for us the URLs of the blogs you wish to cancel please?

    Your domain credit-management-solutions.com is currently set to expire on the 22nd of December 2013.

    Automatic renewal is currently not enabled for your upgrades, and so you do not need to take any further action if you don’t wish to keep your subscription. Be aware that you may still receive notification e-mails from us, but these can be safely ignored.

    Before allowing your domain to expire, please be sure that you definitely no longer have a use for it, as once it has lapsed, it can be a difficult and costly process to retrieve if you change your mind later.

    Additionally, if you would like your site cancelled entirely, let me know and I can explain how to do that before the expiration date!

    You can view and manage your subscriptions from your WordPress dashboard at any time by going to Store > My Upgrades.
