How do I transfer a blog & linked domain name to another wordpress user

I have several wordpress accounts, some with domain names registered to them. I set up a blog for a local charity, created them an admin account and registered their domain name.
I now want to transfer the entire blog and associated domain name to another account so that under the domain management console it no loger appears under my customer account number.
The charity already has an administration login account on the blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
