How do I transfer a blog to another owner?

I went to my blogs and clicked on transfer, and it says that an email will be sent to me to confirm, but I still didn’t get the email.
I did that yesterday, and it didn’t come so I did it just now again, but I still didn’t get an email.
This account has some upgrades though. Is that why it’s not working? because they have to manually transfer those kinds of blogs?

Have you checked your spam filter on your email program?

Check to make sure the email address you’re checking is the one that’s listed as the admin email for the blog.
If it is, then check your email’s spam folder.
