How do I transfer a CSS to another website?

    I have a CSS bought and it is currently on a website where I am editor. I want to move it to another website where I am admin. Whenever I click transfer it says “You have transferred the “Custom Design” to another blog successfully.” This is not the case, I have done it a handful of times and it has not changed to the new site.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
