How do I transfer a domain and map to my site when held by outside Registrar?

  I do not know how to transfer a domain name that is with another Registrar and map it to my WordPress site. None of the Admin options seem to deal with this situation.

  We cannot accept incoming domain transfers, but you can map your existing domain to your WordPress.com blog following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/
