How do I transfer a domain I own from one WP Blog to another?

    How do I transfer a domain between two WP blogs? I have set up a new blog and would like to keep the domain from the previous blog!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The one I want to keep is blackcatcarpentry.com, it is currently linked to my old blog blackcatcarpentry.wordpress.com.

    Yesterday I set up a new blog on a new user account, blackcatcarpentryLTD.wordpress.com, I’d like to move my purchased domain to this one

    Hi there,

    If the account that owns the domain is an admin on both blogs, you can head to that account’s My Upgrades page to transfer the domain from one blog to another.

    If that account isn’t on both blogs, or if you’d like to transfer ownership of the domain from one account to another, I can help with that. However, your account jethro83 doesn’t own the domain blackcatcarpentry.com — the account that owns the domain will need to confirm the request.

    Can you please log in to that account and either reply here or contact us to confirm this request? Please be sure to clarify if you’d like to just move the domain from one site to another or if you’d like to also move ownership of the domain from one account to the other. :)
