How do I transfer a domain name?

  How do I transfer my old website domain name (www.TommyLanham.com) to the new one I’ve been working on & now finished (www.TommyLanham.wordpress.com)? The old site has a different admin (a friend who’s been doing updates for us) and he said to request a transfer of domain name & he would approve it. I can’t figure out how to do that…

  That is the dummies answer. Have you tried following the instructions in the FAQ?

  Yeah, I don’t know what a DNS is, a lot of the terminology is giving me a brain-ache! :) I am not a computer person – I’m going to ask my friend for help…
