How do I transfer a domain name from blog.com to wordpress?

    I can’t seem to find anywhere how to change my domain from blog,com TO wordpress. I can find loads on how to transfer FROM wordpress though. Not helpful. I understand I’ll need the EPP code from blog.com but that’s about it. Help! (Should never have gone with blog.com 502 and 504 errors are driving me crazy)

    While we register new domains here at WordPress.com, we’re not able to accept incoming transfers of existing domain names. Therefore, we recommend that you keep the name registered at your current registrar. You can use the domain for your site here at WordPress.com by mapping the domain, as explained here:
