How do I transfer a domain to another blog?

  I want to connect this domain to a different blog. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Just tell me:

  The name of the domain.
  The name of the WordPress.com site where the domain is currently used.
  The name of the WordPress.com site where the domain should be transferred.

  I want to set kaylakodonnell.com with Kayla ODonnell and caliwardol.com with Cali Wardol.
