How do I transfer a domain to another registar?

  I am following the steps provided at this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/#preparing-your-domain-for-transfer
  but I don’t see “domain administration” under Set the domain manager password.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Currently, it does not look like the domain is registered at WordPress.com according to the public information available here:

  http://who.is/whois/advanceeurope.com

  Do you own the domain and have it registered elsewhere?

  The following information from my account (Store>My Upgrades) seems to indicate that I have access to advanceeurope.com through WordPress.com:

  “Domain: advanceeurope.com
  Domain Mapped to WordPress.com
  Learn More | Domain Settings

  Status: Domain included in WordPress.com Premium
  This upgrade will expire in 9 months on August 27, 2014

  Is this correct?

  Hi,

  Through the WordPress Premium bundle, you have mapped the domain to your blog. However, Domain Mapping and Domain Registration are two different things. When you map a domain, you are not registering that domain. Domain Mapping assumes that you have already registered the domain elsewhere and are changing the records to point to your WordPress.com blog.

  As shown by the public record, it looks like this domain is registered elsewhere:

  http://who.is/whois/advanceeurope.com

  Did you register this domain at another registrar?
