How do I transfer followers from wordpress.com to self hosted.

  Can you please transfer my followers from http://atheiststation.wordpress.com/ to http://www.theatheiststation.com.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please install and activate the JetPack plugin and then return to this thread and type modlook into the tags. Then Staff will transfer your email subscribers for you. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.
