How do I transfer followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org?

  I recently move my wordpress.com blog to wordpress.org. I’m hosting on Bluehost and would like to transfer my followers from wordpress.com to worpress.org.

  The domain is ayeshaschroeder.com.
