How do I transfer info from one wordpress blog to another?

  I would like to transfer subscribers from one of my wordpress blogs to another. How can I do that? Also, how can I copy posts from one blog to the other, keeping posted dates and tags intact? Basically want to merge a new blog and an older blog and keep the order of everything intact and combine followers.

  According to the support site here, you have to contact WordPress support directly to get this done. They say on the page I’ve referenced that it will not be an issue.

  As far as copying your posts to another blog site from an original one, I believe the Import/Export tools provided here will do the trick.

  On the original blog, go into your WP Admin portal and highlight tools, then click Export. You can choose Posts here to just get your posts.

  On the new blog you go through the same procedure except you click Import, then select the file that was generated in the previous step. I believe you can assign authors on the next step, and you should be good to go.
