How do I transfer my blog to a new domain, and have the old URL redirect?

I was using http://www.twinspiration22.com, which I posted when I opened my blog almost two years ago. This domain was purchased from blue host. I decided to buy http://www.twinspiration.co from Go Daddy and I don’t know how to redirect. I need to switch the URL to twinspiration.co, and then have twinspiration22.com automatically redirect to the new URL (twinspiration.com). On Go Daddy I purchased the domain and wordpress host option. I believe it will walk me through the switch. The website says they will give me a temporary domain to get me up and running, but why is this, if I have two domains already (the existing an the new)? Then it asks for my Site URL, WordPress admin and password (which one is this BTW), the IP address (I think I have it but could you provide me with that), and the FP username and password (not sure what this is). My sister tried to set it up today and there were a lot of tears when we thought we lost it. I’m just at a complete loss and would like to use my new domain. Let me know what you can help me with! Thank you! :)
